21 days of real martial arts training designed to help teens build confidence, discipline, resilience and practical self-defense skills.
True confidence requires attempting something difficult. It's not something you can just talk a teenager into believing—it has to be earned through experience.
It happens when they step onto the mat, get coached, make mistakes, and try again. Each small victory builds the internal proof they need to face the next challenge.
Over time, that proof develops into capability. When life pushes back, they don’t retreat. Instead, they lean on a foundation of resilience and inner strength.

The 21-Day Warrior Challenge creates a structured environment where teens can begin having those experiences.
Have the courage to begin.
Take responsibility for your growth.
Develop capability, confidence and character.
Your first edge is never your last.
The Warrior Challenge isn't a motivational seminar or an online course with a few martial arts activities added to it.
Your teen will be training on the floor, learning real martial arts skills alongside Academy students and instructors.
The 21-day online challenge supports what happens in class by helping them recognize the lessons behind the training: courage, discipline, responsibility, resilience, judgment and self-control.

Develop technique, coordination, fitness and physical capability.

Learn age-appropriate skills designed around protecting yourself and creating opportunities to disengage.

Learn to work with others, respond to pressure and apply skills beyond solo practice.

Receive instruction, correction and encouragement from experienced black belt instructors.
